All three demonstration sites are invented businesses. The names, reviews, prices, accreditations and figures on them are illustrative, and none of their buttons contact anyone.

Both prices are the total cost of the build. The site works without the Care Plan, and hosting is normally free on your own Cloudflare account. What is not included.
Who you are dealing with
WebBack is run by one person in the UK. The person you speak to on the call is the person who writes the words, builds the site and answers the phone afterwards.
That is the whole reason the price can be fixed and the turnaround short. There is no account manager passing your notes to a designer, no discovery workshop, and nobody to chase for an update.
It also sets the limits honestly. WebBack builds two things, and does them properly. Anything bigger than that is somebody else's job, and you will be told so on the call rather than halfway through.
How it works
The build takes 5 to 10 working days once your material has arrived. The thing that stretches a project is waiting for photos and prices, so the sooner those come over, the sooner it is live.

That is fine and it is common. Your business name can be set in clean type so that it works as a wordmark, and good quality stock images can stand in where they suit. If you can take ten decent photos on your phone, better still, and you will be told exactly what to photograph.
No. The site is yours either way and it works without it. The Care Plan is there for people who would rather email a change than do it themselves. It is £29 a month, it starts only when you ask for it, and there is no minimum term.
Usually nothing. The site is set up on your own free Cloudflare account, where a site this size normally costs nothing to host, with or without the Care Plan. What you do pay for is your domain name, usually about £5 to £15 a year depending on where you buy it, direct to the registrar in your own name.
Yes. If you already own the domain, it gets pointed at the new site for you. If your old site is live, everything is made ready first and the switch happens at a time that suits you, so there is no gap.
One proper round of changes is included, which in practice means you send a list and it gets worked through. What is not included is redesigning the site from scratch after it has been approved. Changes after launch are either covered by the Care Plan or quoted separately.
Because WebBack builds two things rather than anything you can think of, and one person does all of it. There is no account manager, no discovery workshop and no fourteen-page proposal. The care goes into the part your customer actually sees.
