EICR and landlord certificates
Reports issued within 48 hours, with a clear list of any remedial work and what each item costs to put right.
Rewires
Whole house or a single circuit. Dates agreed before we lift a floorboard, and we tidy up at the end of every day.

Downlights, outside lights, garden power, extra sockets. The jobs that have been on the list for two years.
Fault finding
Tripping breakers and dead circuits traced properly rather than guessed at, with the cause explained in plain English.

Before you ring.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes are free and in writing. For most jobs a couple of photographs on WhatsApp are enough to price it without anyone having to be in.
What counts as an emergency?
No power at all, burning smells, water near electrics, or anything that has tripped and will not reset. Out of hours there is a call-out charge, and we tell you what it is on the phone before we set off.
How long does a fuse board take?
A straightforward consumer unit change is a day, including the testing and the certificate. If the existing wiring needs work first we tell you before we start, not halfway through.
Do you do the certificate for my letting agent?
Yes. An EICR for a typical three-bedroom house takes about two hours and the report comes back within 48 hours, with any remedial work priced separately so you can decide.
