Every quote is fixed for twelve months. No hourly billing, no charge for a phone call, and no invoice at the end of the year that you were not expecting.
Services
Year-end accounts
Statutory accounts prepared and filed at Companies House, with a meeting to go through what they actually tell you about the business rather than just a signature request.
Corporation tax
The return prepared alongside the accounts, with the payment date flagged well ahead so it never arrives as a surprise.
Self assessment
Personal tax returns for directors, sole traders and landlords. We aim to have them done by October rather than the last week of January.
VAT and bookkeeping
Making Tax Digital submissions, quarterly or monthly, on Xero or QuickBooks. We can take the bookkeeping on or leave it with you.
Payroll and CIS
Payslips, pension submissions and subcontractor deductions, run on the same day every month.
Company formation
Set up properly from day one, with the right structure and the registrations you actually need rather than the full list.
Fees
Published, because you should not have to ask.
These are starting points. After a fifteen-minute call we give you one fixed monthly figure covering everything you need, and it does not change for a year.

Before you switch
The questions everybody asks.
Is changing accountant a hassle?
Not for you. We write to your current firm, they send over what is called professional clearance and the records that go with it, and we take it from there. Your part is one email saying you are happy for us to ask.
What do you need from my old firm?
Last filed accounts, the tax computations, the trial balance and the payroll records if there are any. We chase it, not you.
Can you fix a late filing?
Usually, yes, and the sooner the better because penalties build monthly. Ring and tell us how late it is. We have seen worse than yours.
Do I have to use Xero?
No. We work with Xero and QuickBooks, and we can work from a well-kept spreadsheet if that is genuinely what suits you. What we will not do is pretend a shoebox of receipts is a system.
